I am hanging at The Nook with my brother. He just got into town and he will be here for a few days.

Another American Pass Time
Grilling is a wonderful thing to do with family and friends.
Today, we kicked back and grilled chicken. Katie Beth loves to help with the grilling. We started with brining the chicken the day before grilling.
Katie Beth gets the ingredients and pours them into the container. I have to regulate the pouring to some extent otherwise she would pour until the container emptied.
She likes to help with the grilling, but she thinks we should touch and check the chicken too much.
A Great 4th of July
We had a great 4th of July. Family time at the pool was wonderful and
the baseball game was even more fun.
Katie Beth had a blast at the game. We got walk around the ball park.
Katie Beth did super for not really having a nap.
Allison and Steve Tofflemire’s party was a hoot. They always go over
the top with everthing they do. This party was no different.
Done In By The Pool
Katie Beth was done in by the pool and the heat. She had a great time playing with the big kids.
She has crashed for her noon nap.
Off to the Pool
We are off to the pool, which is just the start of the day. Later, we are meeting our baseball friends at the Tofflemire July 4th party to watch the baseball game and fireworks.
Gaint Foot Prints
Katie Beth is having wonderful time at the Huntsville Botanical Garden. We stopped by to take Katie Beth by her tree near the children’s play area.
Happy Birthday Katie Beth
Our little girl has turned two today. It has been a wild ride so far
with Katie Beth. She is so full of energy and life.
I’m so thankful that she came into our lives.
Playing with Birthday Gifts
Katie Beth loves the sandbox and the toys for the sandbox.
Everyone had a great time and cookie and angle food cake were very tasty.
Katie Beth’s Birthday Party
She turns two on Thursday. We celebrated today with Karen’s family, Katie Beth’s godparents, and my parents.
Red Robin at Huntsville Stars
Katie Beth loves to see characters. And, the Red Robin mascot was no different at today’s Huntsville Stars game.
