Katie Beth just loves the playground toys. Today, she started to chant “Ladybuy, ladybug!”
Heading to the Playground and Swimming Pool
We are packing for a day at the playground and pool. Karen has got
her book, Grape Expextations by Tamar Myers. Katie Beth is singing in
the back seat.
We are heading to the playground first, because the pool doesn’t open
until ten. Katie Beth was already started saying swing set as we are getting near the playground.
Summer Time Fun
Katie Beth is enjoying a little summer time fun. Watermelon is the fruit of summer.

We had fun throwing rocks in the creek and looking under rocks.

Katie Beth is having a great time. She loves us living near a playground.
We even had another proud father stop and say he remembered his daughter at this age. We made him smile seeing us playing.

Play at the Pool
We went crazy at the pool today. Katie Beth had a great time carrying on in the water.
Frog on the Trail
We are having a great time on the trail. Katie Beth is enjoying looking at all the bugs, animals, and plants.
We are having to watch her near the poisin ivy, which is everywhere.
Looking Pretty on the Trail
Karen is looking pretty on the trail with a Morning Glory in her hair.

We are enjoying the flowers and the views.
We could be pushing Katie Beth’s nap time.
Kristy Kreme for Breakfast
We are stopping by to get donuts for breakfast on our way to my patents to visit with my sister Hope and her children, Hannah and Charlie.
The sugar will help with lack of food and driving all the way to Nashville and back.
